ViRSE ID has the best set of APIs for implementing authentication and encryption without passwords in mobile and web applications. It eliminates the use of passwords on proprietary systems and thus prevents phishing and malware fraud.

Because it is a fully customizable solution, it enables integration without complexity (avoiding failures during the process) and implementation of encryption to protect data in legacy systems: data is encrypted before it even leaves the device, making it unreadable to third parties.

How it works

User Registration

The user’s license is created through the ViRSE ID Manager Portal. The user then receives an activation code via  email to create an account through the App. Soon after, a cryptographic key is generated (which can be created and stored in HSM) that will encrypt the user’s information.


To authenticate a specific system, the user will need to open the App through their smartphone, with biometrics, and enter the “authentication” area. The user can later scan the QR code through the system access screen.


After scanning the QR Code, the system will proceed to verify the user's identity. The authenticating process takes place in the background through a sound user experience. Steps prior to verification are both easy and intuitive.


By proving their identity, the user is granted access to the respective system, without entering a lengthy login and password.
